Returns and Refunds
Please note that we do not provide refunds if you change your mind or an item doesn't fit. In this event, a store credit will be provided or you have the option to alter your item for an extra fee. This includes online/pick-up order's (Even if item has not been picked up from our store) Store credit will be provided only.
If you wish to return an item for any reason, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number or via the 'Contact Us' form on our website.
Please inspect all items upon arrival and ensure to get any returns back to us within 14 days from the date your items were shipped. After this time frame, we will not accept and items for return or exchange. If you reside in Auckland, you're more than welcome to bring your item in store but please send us an email first.
All items must be returned to us:
- undamaged (unless received faulty)
- tag still attached
We will not accept any goods that have any odours (cigarette, perfume, dampness etc), stains or animal fur on it.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you within 24 hours, if your return status. If accepted, the original shipping fee will be deducted and your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method. Please note that this may take between 3-10 working days to appear on your statements, due to varying processing times between banks.
*ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO US VIA TRACKED POST AND AT THE BUYERS EXPENSE.
We are not liable for any items that have gone missing due to them not being returned via tracked post. We will not offer any store credits or refunds of any amount in the event that this happens.
Pre-Orders, Custom Orders and Customised/Altered Items
A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to start your order. From there, you have until your order is ready to pay the remaining balance before your order is sent out or collected.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for these items for any reason unless the item(s) are received faulty, incomplete or not within the given time frame. In that case, we will provide you with a store credit equal to the amount of your original order. You can use this store credit to purchase another item of your choice.
If you wish to cancel your order for <strong>any</strong> reason, your 50% deposit will be forfeited. This may be used as a store credit for a future purchase/pre-order, but it cannot be refunded.w
We understand that online shopping can be a bit of a guessing game when it comes to choosing the right size and fit. If you wish to exchange an item, please send us an email at email@example.com with your order number.
Once your exchange has been accepted and returned to us within the 14 day time frame, you will then be offered a store credit equal to the amount of your previous purchase. With that store credit, you will be able to purchase another item of your choice. This store credit will be valid for one use only.
Sale, Clearance and Factory Seconds
All items sold in our Sale and Clearance sections are final. We do not offer returns, refunds or exchanges on these items, unless the item is deemed faulty and the fault wasn't previously stated before purchasing. Please take care when making your selection.
In the rare occurrence that you receive an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please let us know the issue(s), and send us a photo.
If the item is deemed faulty, we will offer a replacement of the item (if stock is available), a store credit or refund, once we have received the returned item.
Please do not come in store with a faulty item or send anything back to us unless we have been made aware of the fault(s) and have reached an agreement with you of the outcome. Our return address will be provided to you via email.
