Can I come in store and try a garment on before purchasing?
Of course! We'd love to meet you. Appointments are preferred however, walk-ins are welcome.

What size's do you have?
We usually carry size's 10-26, however if you’d like to order outside of these sizes, please send us a message on Facebook to enquire.

Are your material's stretchy?
Most of our material's are, however we do have some that don't stretch. Please, always read the item description to be sure, before placing your order.

What if the garment or size that I want is out of stock?
Don't worry! We are constantly taking pre-orders. Simply message us on Facebook to enquire.

What is the process if I want something that is made to order in my size?
You can order any garment that you see on our website or Facebook and Instagram pages, to be made in your size. See our Pre-Order Information for the terms & conditions. Please allow at least 3 weeks time for your pre-order (not including postage times)

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do.

I haven't received my order, what do I do?
First, please check your tracking number that was emailed to you. You can track your order via this link https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools/tracking if there are any issues, please contact NZ POST directly, quoting your tracking number. If you haven't received your tracking number yet, please send us an email or message us on Facebook. 

What currency are your prices in?
All items are listed and processed in New Zealand Dollars.

Do you do lay-by?
Unfortunately we do not do lay-by. However we do offer Afterpay & Laybuy for our New Zealand and Australian customers.

What payment options do you offer?
All major Visa/Mastercards, DebitCard, Paypal, Laybuy and Afterpay. We also offer Eftpos for our in-store customers.
